FeetFoto is developed and operated by OOB Connect Apps. This Privacy Policy explains how FeetFoto ("FeetFoto", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the FeetFoto mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
FeetFoto is strictly for users aged 18 and older. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up and do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or use the App. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will suspend and delete that account.
Account information you provide directly: your name, email address, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form, never in plain text), date of birth, gender, and role (buyer or seller).
Profile and content information: your profile photo, and for sellers, the photos and videos you upload as posts (including which of those you mark as locked/paid).
Location information: we detect your country automatically from your IP address at sign-up, so your profile can show a country flag to other users. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Messages: text, photo, and video messages you send through the in-app chat between buyers and sellers, stored via Firebase Realtime Database (operated by Google) so conversations sync in real time.
Payment-related information: when you buy coins, subscribe, boost your profile ("Spotlight"), or unlock the leaderboard, the purchase itself is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. FeetFoto never sees or stores your card number, bank details, or other payment credentials - we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, together with a Google Play purchase token used to verify it.
Payout information: if you're a seller cashing out coins you've earned, we store the PayPal email/ID you provide so we can send your payout.
Device and technical information: a Firebase Cloud Messaging push-notification token (so we can send you notifications), and standard technical/log data such as request timestamps and error logs, used only to operate and troubleshoot the App.
Reports and moderation data: if you report a user or a post, we store the reason for the report and which content/account it concerns, so our team can review it.
Your profile (name, age, country, profile photo, and public posts) is visible to other users of the App as part of how the marketplace works, except for content you've marked as locked, which is only visible after a buyer unlocks it. Messages you send in a chat are only visible to you and the other participant in that conversation.
We share information with the following third parties, only as needed to operate the App:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do, your account is deactivated immediately and enters a 30-day grace period during which logging back in will reactivate it (in case you change your mind). After 30 days, your account and associated data (posts, messages metadata, transaction history, etc.) are permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the App and our servers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly if a problem is identified.
FeetFoto is used by people in different countries, and your information may be processed on servers located outside your own country. By using the App, you consent to this transfer and processing.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
